With a robust background spanning over a decade in the security industry, Al has honed his skills in access control, field supervision, customer service, and operations management. His journey started as a Security and Investigations Officer at Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, where he quickly rose through the ranks, earning "Associate of the Month" recognition for his dedication and professionalism. 

In his role as Patrol Officer at Harp Security and Consultants, Inc., he demonstrated his ability to provide the community with a professional level of security through covert observations, thorough investigations, and accurate reporting. 

As he advanced to Security One, Inc., in Memphis, TN, he took on greater responsibilities, first as Assistant Post Commander, then as a Lieutenant of the Armed Patrol Supervision staff. He directly supervised over 45 officers, ensuring the safety and security of multiple client businesses. His leadership and management skills were further refined when he served as Director of Customer Service/IT & Field Supervision Manager, then later advancing to Sr. Director of Operations (Acting), where he developed procedures and policies to enhance customer interactions and team performance. 

Most recently, as an Armed Security Officer/Supervisor at Interactive Security, he was entrusted with the access control and interior security of a U.S. Military Veterans facility, showcasing my commitment to protecting those who have served our country. 

Al's diverse experience from managing security teams to performing high-level customer service, has equipped him with the expertise to tackle any security challenge with precision and excellence. He is dedicated to providing top-tier security solutions and continuously striving for improvement in all aspects of my work. 

Every day he looks forward to serving the Hot Springs community and the surrounding areas.
